Marian’s Nicholas Harrison made several first half raids into Cavendish Road’s penalty area but was not able to provide the knock-out strike.
The score was 0-0 at half time with Cavendish Road finding the net twice, firstly through Aleksa Krkeljas and then Aaron Tucker, in the second to claim third place in the Bill Turner Cup.
A great effort by both teams to contest the 33rd finals series of the coveted Bill Turner Cup.

Cavendish Road took two minutes to open the scoring in the Trophy Play-Off game with a goal by Salena Catchpole, and proceeded to add another three by the fifteenth minute with Emily Veivers and Teagan Thompson the scorers followed by an unfortunate own goal.
To their credit Daramalan College put these disappointments behind them and scored two minutes before half time with a goal by Georgia Stewart.
The second half was a much more even affair with Daramalan coming right back into the game but neither team was able to add to the score.
