BRISBANE Wednesday 21 August 2013: The Queensland finals were contested today at AJ Kelly Park, Kippa Ring (Redcliffe).
In the Bill Turner Cup, Cavendish Road accounted for Kelvin Grove with a two goal victory to advance to the national finals series.
William Eaton and Jordan Dozzi providing the winners while Kelvin Grove, unlucky at times, were unable to find the net.

In the Bill Turner Trophy, Harristown defeated Good Counsel on penalties.
Both coaches shared their thoughts on an entertaining match played by two quality teams.

Both winners will contest the national finals series in the City of Lake Macquarie on September 3 & 4.

Bill Turner Cup Qld Final: Cavendish Road 2 (William Eaton 10m, Jordan Dozzi 47m) beat Kelvin Grove 0.
Third place playoff: Harristown 1 drew with Cairns 1.
