Entries for 2010

in News

Entry forms have recently commenced being sent out to schools. Remember to look out for yours and to return it on time.

Schools seeking entry for the first time and those seeking to enter following absence, need to contact either the president Lindsay Hewison or the secretary Warren Sheelah.

Getting your entry in on time is a wise move as a late entry could cause your school to be drawn in an unexpected position.

In some areas, the starting date for the competition’s qualifying rounds will be March 19. Round 1 will commence on April 1. Draws will be available early in 2010, as schools return their entry forms.

Congratulations to Macksville High School from area 6A Mid-North Coast, Northern NSW – the first team to enter the 2010 Cup and trophy competition. They pipped near neighbours St. Pauls, Kempsey from Area 6B Lower Mid-North Coast by just a day.

Last year the total entries for Cup and Trophy were 920. Will this be surpassed in 2010?

Every year the Executive Committee receive stories about some very keen students, who by their own choice, start preparing for the next years comp. No doubt their coaches will be very pleased to see their enthusiasm.
