The 2010 FINALS SERIES of the Bill Turner Cup, for boys and Trophy, for girls is to be played in the second week of September in the City of Lake Macquarie.
From over 900 high schools (500 boys and 400 girls) the 15-years-and-under knockout tournament has reached the pinnacle of the year.
The four boys’ and four girls’ sides will be hosted by the City of Lake Macquarie mayor Greg Piper at Speers Point Park for the traditional Civic Reception on Tuesday 7 September.
Later that day the semi-finals, firstly the Bill Turner Trophy (girl’s) then the Bill Turner Cup (boy’s) will be played at Jack McLaughlin Field, Park Street, Edgeworth.
The following day (Wednesday 8 September) at the same venue (Jack McLaughlin Field, Park Street, Edgeworth) the finals will be contested by the winners of each semi-final.
