Bill Turner Cup (Boys) and Bill Turner Trophy (Girls) Round-of-32 fixtures will be played on Wednesday 3 August, 2022 at Glen Park, Glenroy (NSW 2640).
The winners progress to the Round-of-16 which will be played the following day in the Bill Turner School Football knock-out competitions for players aged 15-years-and-under.
Background
The Bill Turner School Football High School competitions are contested by schools from Cairns to Melbourne across the football federations from Queensland, Northern NSW, NSW, the ACT and Victoria.
The very first Bill Turner Cup was played in 1979 with the Bill Turner Trophy, then under the banner of CHS, first contested in 1991.
“Over the years the Bill Turner School Football competitions have evolved to the point where the competition is held in high regard in the Football community and is recognised as one of the largest team sport competitions in the world,” said Lloyd Turner, son of the late Bill Turner OA.

Note
All matches, except for Day 2 Consolation games, are played in two (2) 30minute halves. Should scores be tied at full-time an extra 10minutes each way is added on with a Golden Goal securing the win. Should matches be tied at the end of Golden Goal additional time the winner will be decided by a penalty shoot-out.
Consolation games will be declared a draw if tied at full-time.
