Civic Reception – Bill Turner Cup and Bill Turner Trophy

The Bill Turner Cup has a long association with Lake Macquarie, including being formed there and most Finals Series being decided at grounds there.

The Lake Macquarie City Council has been a long time, loyal supported of the competition.

The Council hosts a Civic Reception for the eight teams that make the Final Series each year, to welcome them to the area and congratulate them on their success.

The organising committee of the Bill Turner football competitions are very grateful for the ongoing loyalty of the Mayor and Counselors and supporting staff of the LMCC.
