LISMORE: Friday 23 May, 2014. BILL TURNER TROPHY
TRINITY Catholic College Lismore have today beaten St John’s College Woodlawn 4-0 to progress to the next round of the Bill Turner Trophy.
The score was nil-all at half time before the home side, Trinity, unleashed their attacking weapons to score four goals in an 18-minute spree.
Trinity coach – Peter Szczotko – was especially pleased with his left back Amete Baume.
Baume was a member of Trinity’s 2013 campaign where the Lismore College side was one win away from the Finals Series – beaten by eventual champions Hunter Sports High.
