Please ask Greg Danver to edit his match report. The own goal by Cavindish Road was scored by Jack Fitsimmons and not Alex Hastings.

endeavour were far the best but were unlucky to recieve a red early in the game
Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the Cavendish Road boys. Firstly, in the brochure handed out it has Cavendish Road Sports High. This is not corret. We are not a sporting high school such as the likes of Westfields. Yes we do have football as a subject, but the school is not revolved around this. Secondly, we were the first Cav Rd Boys team to ever make the Grand Final in Newcastle in its 31 years. Congratulations to the boys and hopefully next our current grade 9’s will be doing the same but taking Cavendish Road one step furhter.
Firstly i would like to say WELL DONE BOYS with the win against Cav Road i would also like to thank Mr Stanmore for being a good coach and taking us all the way to the finals and also Mr foti for doing all the stuff he does. Thanks to our school principle Mr Parnaby for being behind the us the whole way and for bringing down a supporters bus for the finals which was a great inspiration for us. Finally BOS-what BOSSLEY , BOS-what BOSSLEY. And all i would like to say we won :)
Just would like to comment again regarding the 5th writer..
The Bossley V Endevour game was good, but in the end we (Bossley Park High School) were the better side…
Thankyou coaches and teamates for a great 8 games we played together..
We scored 23 goals for. And had 4 goals against pretty good.
The best side Bossley played was against Hunter Sports High School in the 1st semi-finals before we played Endevour where we won 3-2.. Great Game!

i watched hunter sports high play bossley and some of the bossley players carved the sports high players to shreds … great players.
